Terms of Service

Navero by Kurvo (“Navero”) helps you find routes, compare transport options and keep track of what your commute costs. It is part of the Kurvo family of apps and uses your Kurvo account. By joining Navero you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy (version 2026-10-24).

Journey times, fares, transfers and walking distances are estimates based on Navero’s network data and fare models. They are labelled with their source and date. Navero does not provide live service alerts, real-time vehicle positions or guaranteed arrival times unless a verified live source is shown as connected.

Fares, schedules and availability are set by transport operators and can change. Always follow official signage, operator announcements and safety guidance. Jeepney legs marked “connector estimate” are approximations: confirm the route and signboard locally.

One Kurvo account works across Kurvo apps; each app keeps its own data and plan. Keep your password and passkeys safe and tell us at once if you think someone else used your account. You must be old enough to agree to these Terms where you live.

You own what you add: saved places, trips, expenses and notes. You are responsible for the accuracy of expenses you log. You can export your data or leave Navero at any time from Settings.

If you switch on “Send commute fares to CurrenSee”, Navero sends the amount, date, transport mode and your note for each logged expense to CurrenSee on the same Kurvo account. You can switch it off at any time; what CurrenSee already added stays there as CurrenSee’s data.

• Don’t misuse the service, probe or overload it, or try to reach other people’s data.
• Don’t use Navero to plan anything unlawful or unsafe.
• Don’t copy or resell Navero’s data or software.

Navero is free while in early access. If paid plans are added later, they will be described before you choose them and you won’t be charged without agreeing first.

Navero is provided “as is” for planning purposes. To the extent the law allows, Kurvo is not liable for missed connections, fare differences, delays or other losses that arise from relying on estimates. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
